How it works
Brief on Monday. Preview link by Friday.
Five steps run end to end: brand in, sections chosen, copy and imagery filled, preview reviewed, pull request merged. You only ever review a real site, never a wireframe.
Brand in, once
One design.md carries colours, fonts, spacing and tone through every section on the site.
Assembled, not templated
Sections are chosen from a 1,683-block catalogue to fit your content — no theme to fight.
Delivered as a pull request
Merge it and your team keeps editing in the Payload admin, with no developer in the loop.
The rules that don't bend
Every build follows the same rules, whether it's the first site or the thousandth.
No hard-coded colours
Every block reads from theme tokens — that's what makes a one-file rebrand possible.
Every block has a test
A render test and an axe-core accessibility test ship with every block, no exceptions.
AI never touches main
Every build lands as a pull request with a preview URL for a person to approve.
Standard stack only
Next.js, Payload, and Postgres — nothing exotic that traps a client's team.
Picking one section from 1,683
Load
Every block's metadata — pageRole, category, keywords — loads into the search index.
Filter
Candidates are cut down by page role, singleton rules, and data-binding needs.
Score
Remaining candidates are scored against the brief's style archetype and keywords.
Shortlist
The top-scoring candidates come back for a human or an AI reviewer to pick from.
WORKFLOW
Three steps, and none of them a black box
Brand in, then assemble
Drop in your design.md — colours, fonts, spacing, tone — and we pick the right sections from the 1,683-block catalogue into a plan.json.
Fill, then review
First-draft copy and imagery land in every block, so nothing ships blank; you approve the preview link before anything goes live.
Launch and maintain
Merge the pull request, and your team keeps editing forever in the Payload admin — no developer required for content changes.
